The resident House Community offers a unique experience for five students to live in a supportive Christian community while attending the U of S. Five residents live on the upper floor of the Lutheran Campus Centre.
 

The House Community offers:

• a home away from home

• weekly community suppers

• opportunities for worship, discussion groups, retreats & social events

• an opportunity to grow in the love of God and to share friendship with others

• a supportive communal living environment to experience university life together

Some features of the residence:

• furnished bedroom with single bed, dresser, desk and chair

• shared furnished kitchen, dining room, laundry, and TV lounge

• rent: at 1302 College: $550/mo (Sept-April), including utilities, or $435/mo (summer)

• across the street from the U of S

• parking available: $225/May-August ($56.25/month), $450/September-April.
